Façade Four is for residential real estate listings above $5,000,000. Please allow up to four full days for work to be completed. Pricing reflects services for the front facing side of the property. If additional materials are wanted or needed, a 10% procurement charge will be applied to the cost of those supplies.

REFUND POLICY
A refund will be issued if the services are unable to be completed by Façade for any reason. If the client cancels within 10 days of the scheduled start date, 50% of the value associated with their package will be retained.
