If materials such as garlands, wreaths, ribbon, or sprays are needed to achieve the desired level of design criteria, a 20% procurement charge will be applied to the cost of those supplies. REFUND POLICY
A refund will be issued if the services are unable to be completed by Façade for any reason. If the client cancels, 50% of the value associated with their package(s) will be retained.
